Communications Collective used its expertise and powerful networks to create an event that encouraged engaging conversation about what it takes to create socially conscious, sustainable and beautiful urban spaces and places.
In partnership with The Urban Developer, Communications Collective conceptualised, presented and executed the CityShapers of Melbourne event.
The industry-focused panel discussion brought together thought leaders and innovators from Australia’s built environment to explore how our cities and communities are shaped.
Panelists included Neometro, Kalex, Milieu and Assemble Projects, who debated the new wave of design-led residential development that is sweeping through Australian property, and where the industry should place its focus in light of society’s evolving priorities.
Bringing together our expertise and powerful networks within the property industry, Communications Collective created an engaging and relevant agenda for discussion among influential panellists.
Held at the site of a future development, Communications Collective transformed the space to deliver a three-hour event including rapid-fire presentations, an interactive panel (moderated by director Genevieve Brannigan) and an open bar that ensured the conversation continued before, during and after the event.
A targeted PR and social media campaign supported the event and drove ticket sales.
The sold-out event included ticket sales of over 200, with key industry players and media in attendance. Event listings, social media activity and coverage across key publications were secured in the lead-up to the event, and Communications Collective continued to manage opportunities after the event.
