The acclaimed property developer, Hamton, evidenced their commitment to creativity and excellence in their field by developing the Convertible Apartment – a shape-shifting environment allowing space to perform double duty, leading to a 70% increase in living area.

We designed a launch campaign that would capture the imagination of potential residents, investors and media and draw attention to their game-changing innovation.
Through a tactical strategy that integrated content marketing, social media engagement, press briefings, site tours and an athletic media outreach program, we amplified the excitement and anticipation of both the public and Melbourne’s property, design and business media.
Our long-lasting media relationships meant that coverage of the launch of the convertible apartment was secured on both a national and an international scale, with over fifty pieces appearing in top tier media including Australian Financial Review and The Age.
This allowed for us to place Hamton and their innovation as a feature event at the 2015 Melbourne Design week, establish them as thought leaders on intelligent design, and to create a significant boost in sales leads.
