Yarra One is the first Melbourne project from the acclaimed Malaysian based developed Eco World. CC were engaged to create a full-service campaign to launch South Yarra’s finest new address, Yarra One. Our engagement included setting the strategic direction, earning media coverage, creating an online community and planning a series of activations to drive potential buyers to the sales suite.
Our strategy for Yarra One drew from the location within South Yarra and the quality design delivered by acclaimed architecture practice Fender Katsalidis. CC developed an integrated campaign that utilised content marketing, PR, event activations and social media.
Partnering with prominent businesses Domain and Le Louvre, we hosted two events that drove potential buyers to the sales suite.
A wine tasting with Domain showcased the endless dining opportunities on offer within South Yarra. The fashion presentation from preeminent fashion boutique Le Louvre highlighted the retail opportunities within the area. Both events drove potential buyers to the sales suite and assisted in converting sales.
The PR and marketing campaign achieved coverage in tier-one publications across property, architecture & design and lifestyle publications.
