WorkSafe’s mission is to actively work with the community to deliver outstanding workplace safety and return to work initiatives, together with insurance protection.
At a critical juncture and while in the process of relocating to Geelong from Melbourne, WorkSafe devised Strategy 2030 aiming to become a streamlined service delivery organisation. The strategy offered greater social and economic value to the Victorian community through the regulation of workplace health and safety and delivery
of the workers’ compensation scheme. Strategy 2030 needed to become understood and accepted by WorkSafe employees.
WorkSafe approached Communications Collective to help develop the Strategy
2030 Showcase, an event that promotes the new business plan, reinvigorates staff members and presents WorkSafe as a modern workplace.
Communications Collective created a successful event at Myer Mural Hall for approximately 700 WorkSafe team members. The event aligned with overall objectives of the organisation and was positively received. The campaign included full event management and delivery.
CC developed an interactive and informative day for staff encompassing presentations and exhibitions, which saw a rise in staff engagement and awareness of the organisation’s strategy.
