As part of the launch of townhome development Inkerman & Nelson, Communications Collective helped ICON Developments partner with The Design Files for an event that saw project stylist Simone Haag chat all things design with Lucy Feagins.

The two-month event program saw tickets sell out in record time and met objectives including raising awareness of the project and driving attendance to the display suite. Communicated across owned, earned and paid channels, including social media advertising, the campaign utilised partners, the strong Inkerman & Nelson display suite and photography to tell the story of the project and its design focus.

Supporting the Inkerman & Nelson strategy and its integrated tactical mix to property sales, CC’s communication, event and content marketing initiatives saw 50 per cent of townhomes sold within the first four months.
