ROTHELOWMAN Senior Associate, Stuart Marsland, recently sat down with the Herald Sun to discuss how housing design is catering for the growing number of women buyers.

The Cotery development, in Melbourne’s inner-north, was a huge success with women; 95 per cent of the one and two bedroom apartments sold to female buyers.

Marsland expects that for developments to be successful they will need to implement many of the features that attracted women to The Cotery, like the variety of colour themes and security-conscious development.
