ROTHELOWMAN’s latest collaborative project, Clara Q, has sold-out a month ahead of completion.

The 12-storey residential tower will become the tallest building in Kew Junction, comprising 46 apartments boasting some of Melbourne’s best views, as well as shops and a restaurant at street level.

The building is articulated into three forms of varying heights and aims to take advantage of the pivotal position at the apex of Kew Junction.

Kim Lowman, Principal at ROTHELOWMAN, is pleased with how well the development has been received, saying, “the market response has been overwhelmingly positive.”
