In 2011, Melbourne based model Chrissy Cauchi left her normal life behind to spend two months volunteering at Love + Care Orphanage in Madurai, South India, through aid agency Project Abroad.

Chrissy documented her experience on film, and in an effort to raise funds for the kids of Madurai, launched her first photographic exhibition entitled ‘Madurai Kids’ – a moving and uplifting glimpse into the day-to-day lives of the children who reside at the Love + Care Orphanage.

Communications Collective were proud to work with Chrisie on an event that raised over $20,000, double that of the initial target.

The funds raised will be used to contstruct a new school a building that will provide the children with a comfortable and safe learning environment.

We would like to say a big thank you to our event sponsors, Moritz, Yering Station, San Pellegrino, JWP Printing, AG Framing and Rokeby Studios.
