Return. renewable real estate thought leadership platform, a major industry-wide initiative exploring how the adaptive reuse of ageing office buildings can respond to some of the built environment’s most pressing challenges.
FK’s national research reveals that many of the workplace qualities employees value most, from sustainability and amenity to character and experience, can be delivered by reimagining existing buildings rather than pursuing knock down rebuilds. The findings point to a clear opportunity for asset owners, managers and tenants to rethink how existing commercial buildings are positioned, invested in and communicated.
