February 2026 – Architecture practice Breathe has launched the Breathe Palette, a new architect-designed paint range developed in collaboration with Haymes Paint.
Manufactured in Australia, the range brings together sustainability, material science and design excellence while reducing transport emissions through local production. Designed for both interior and exterior use, the range is defined by its strong environmental and wellness credentials.
All colours formulated using high-performance pigments that deliver superior colour fastness and longer life — reducing material use while maintaining depth, richness and lasting coverage.
Interior colours are available exclusively in Haymes Paint Ultra Premium Eggshell, a new durable matt finish, and the award-winning Ultra Premium Trim Plus, allowing walls, trims and doors to be unified into a confident, singular architectural gesture. Exterior colours are offered in Ultra Premium Solashield, with tones inspired by the Australian landscape — weathered sandstone, driftwood, banksia leaves and ironbark.
The palette has been intentionally limited to 63 colours, simplifying specification and reducing waste. By curating choice, the range eliminates the need for endless fan decks, excessive samples and unnecessary duplication — offering designers, architects and homeowners clarity and confidence. Breathe Architecture developed and curated the Breathe Palette, bringing together architectural and interior perspectives shaped by decades of practice. Inspired by the Australian landscape and the interplay of light and shadow, the colours are timeless, grounded and effortless.
