February 2026 – Design-led developer Orchard Piper has appointed Cobild as construction partner for One Toorak Place, its luxury mixed-use development in the heart of blue-chip suburb Toorak. Located on Carters Avenue, the eight-storey development comprises 44 residences, boutique commercial suites, curated retail and a hospitality precinct by restaurateur Chris Lucas.
Designed by internationally acclaimed Kerry Hill Architects (KHA Studio), One Toorak Place has been conceived as a refined new addition to Toorak Village that will contribute to its ongoing evolution.
Cobild’s appointment follows a highly successful campaign that has now secured $150 million in sales.
“The sustained demand for One Toorak Place enabled us to fast-track site-preparation works on the project, which commenced in December 2025,” said Rick Gronow, Director at Orchard Piper.
“We’re pleased to now be moving into construction with Cobild, who successfully delivered our $125 million Toorak Village project on Mathoura Road.”
One Toorak Place will be Toorak’s first hotel-style residential building, offering a suite of integrated services including concierge, private car transfers and on-site security, as well as catering, cellar services and events through Lucas’ hospitality precinct. Residents will also enjoy an extensive wellness centre featuring a 25-metre pool, gymnasium, sauna, steam room, cold plunge, spa and treatment room. Additional amenities include a dedicated resident lounge, a business centre, a golf simulator and more practical facilities such as a dog-wash and car-wash bays.

Construction on One Toorak Place is underway with completion expected in 2028. The collection of three and four-bedroom apartments is priced from $3,850,000.
