RIVERLEE – Seafarers

Transforming a forgotten island of city land into a riverside precinct of remarkable quality and character, Seafarers represents a new era in luxury residential living for Melbourne. Crafted by Riverlee in collaboration with renowned design firms, including architects FK, interior designers ODO and Carr and landscape architects Oculus, the $600 million Seafarers project is centred on an inspired reimagining of the heritage-protected Goods Shed No.5. It features a premium collection of residences and guest rooms as part of Australia’s first 1 Hotel & Homes.

Seafarers 1 Hotel & Homes Melbourne – Riverlee

Summary

Working alongside Riverlee and multiple project partners, Communications Collective developed and delivered an integrated strategy that positioned Seafarers as one of Melbourne’s most significant urban renewal projects; establishing the precinct as a new destination for the city; and supported residential sales. The strategy further helped underscore Riverlee’s commitment to progressive projects that celebrate a site’s unique history and locational attributes.

Throughout the campaign, Communications Collective helped amplify Seafarer’s distinctive identity and place vision. We maintained consistent messaging across audiences and channels to build market confidence and support long-term commercial success. We also ensured that our communications strategy evolved alongside project and construction milestones to maintain momentum throughout the development lifecycle.

“We have seen great value through the originality of CC’s ideas, approach to implementation and ability to deliver on what has been promised. The team at Communications Collective are experts in the property industry, as well as communications, and our team is confident that when they have an idea, it is worth implementing.”
